Office Hours and Appointments: Patients are seen by appointment date and time. Please contact us to reserve a time which is convenient for you. Our number is 240-766-8126. An answering service is available to take your message when the office is closed and to immediately notify Dr. Morris of all emergencies. We can also be reached on 301-839-SMIL (7645).

Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Health Insurance.
Third party outside financing available. Ask our office manager for details.
Returned checks may be subject to a penalty charge.
We reserve the right to charge for broken appointments and appointments canceled without 2 business day advance notice.

Senior citizens (over age 65) will be entitled to a 10% courtesy reduction for any service, when paid in full. Individualized payment plans can be arranged for extensive treatment.
